* You have purchased a service from our company.
* You submit a refund request within 45 days of the purchase date.
* The service has not been fully rendered or significantly utilized.
* The refund request is made for a legitimate reason, such as dissatisfaction with the service quality, non-delivery, or significant deviation from the service description.

3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may not be eligible for a refund, including:
* Services that have been fully rendered and delivered to the customer.
* Customized or personalized services, once the customization process has begun.
* Services purchased as part of a special promotion or discount.
* You have demanded revisions.
* Urgent projects are non-refundable.
* The client is unresponsive or out of contact for more than 2 weeks of project.
* The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.
* Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, personal reasons or any other reason that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
* 12% processing fee will be applicable to all the refunds requested from client side.
* Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration and Web Hosting are not entitled to refund under any circumstances.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@ecomkinetic.com with your order details, including your name, order number, and the reason for the refund request.
2. Evaluation: Our support team will review your request and may contact you for additional information.
3. Resolution: We will notify you of the status of your refund after evaluating your request. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

5. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days from the approval date. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
* If the service was partially rendered and you were not fully satisfied.
* If a significant but not complete portion of the service was delivered.

9. Amazon Refund Policy
* Client is eligible to submit refund request in case of service delivery failure from Service Provider if all the Pre-requisites were provided by the client in due time.
* Refund is not applicable if Client fails to fulfill what is required (Business Information, Personal Information, Store Information and Essential Required Data and Documents) after the contract has been made and work has been started.
* Service Provider is not responsible for any mishap occurs due to Client’s bad history of business on amazon, leading to Account Suspension.
* Refund request will be processed within 30 working days when it is requested. (If applicable)
